1 Age of the Earth “How old is the Earth daddy?” on Mon Oct 31, 2011 7:44 am

That question has haunted Professor Zac Boulangerie for over 67 years.

Unable to give his young
daughter (Bernie) an answer, figure or fact (FACT), Zac was driven to
the edge of sanity, in order to find out.

It became his ultimate mission, his quest, his destiny…resulting in the loss of three marriages, his house & four fingers.

CURRENT AGE CALCULATIONS

Modern science estimates the Earth to be approximately 4.54 billion
years old, using radiometric age dating. However, Prof. Boulangerie had
a niggling feeling in his swede…it didn’t sound feasible to him.

Therefore, after studying the advanced principles of Superposition,
Thermal Isotopes, Plate Tectonics & Radioactive Decay, the
professor designed & built a unique ‘Conventional Divergence
Fusionator’, which measures active isotopes within airborne Zircon
crystals.

Zac spent most of his adult life hand-building the impressive
Fusionator structure, which now dominates the Dartmoor landscape. (One
local farmer, Densil Pentween, is said to be “livid”.)

The original design blueprint is outlined below:

The professor argued that, by measuring isotopic activity, as Zircon
crystals passed through the Fusionator, he could meticulously calculate
the age of Earth’s isotopic molten core.

His ultimate mission was completed this March, when an ecstatic
(& tearful) Professor Boulangerie announced his findings to the
world, as outlined below:

PROFESSOR BOULANGERIE’S CONCLUSION

“The planet Earth is 117 years old. Nothing existed before then, including my 18th Century farmhouse”.

The Governing Institute of Technology & Science (GITS) is currently reviewing the hypothesis for authenticity.

However, a GITS spokesman
stated that “Professor Boulangerie’s Zircon work is fundamentally
awe-inspiring & we (Mankind) could be on the verge of a revelation
more groundbreaking than ‘Gravity’ & ‘Evolution’ combined.”

The GITS audit report shall be released within the next two decades.]
