The potion of red cabbage is now dark blue.
In the lemon juice, becomes pink and green with the detergent!
The cabbage is purple, thanks to small pigments that have been released

- 1 lemon
- liquid detergent
- Very hot water
Experience
The experiment was conducted in the presence of an adult
- Immersed for 30 minutes several cabbage leaves in a bowl of very hot water (ask the adult to help) and desmenúzalas. When cool, pour the liquid only in the first vessel, leaving the sheets within the container.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and pour the second cup. Add 1 teaspoon of detergent into the third glass.
- Pour a few drops of the potion of cabbage in lemon juice and add 5 teaspoons of potion to detergent.
