1. Open the image in Photoshop and duplicate the image. Turn the background image off.

Click add Layer mask button on the bottom on the layers panel. Name this layer frogs 1. Duplicate this layer 2 times and name them frogs 2 and frogs 3.
3. Turn off your layers and turn on only frogs 2. Click Filter=> other=> offset. Set the following
4. Turn off frogs 2 layer and turn on frogs 3 layer. Set the following:
5. Duplicate your background layer. Use the rectangular marquee to select the top 120 pixels of the image. Switch to the move tool with bounding box options checked. Grab the middle bottom bounding box and drag it down to the top of the foot.
6. Turn on your frogs 1 layer and switch to Image Ready.
Frame 1: Open the animation panel. Set frame 1 to 0.2 seconds.
Frame 2: Duplicate frame. Turn frog 1 layer off and turn on frog 2.
Frame 3 Duplicate frame. Turn frog 2 off and turn on frog 3.
7. Save your image optimized at 64 colors gif, 0 dither, adaptive colors. Crop and resize to your liking.]

6. Turn on your frogs 1 layer and switch to Image Ready.
