2 Choose the object you want to overprint.

3 Go to Attributes and check Overprint Fill. (Make a new black consisting of 50% cyan, yellow, magenta, and then 100%to get a richer black colour).

4 Choose the objects for overprinting.
5 Choose Filters>Colors and Overprint Black.

6 Specify the percentage of black we want. Since we only have a fill with black in it, specify Apply to Fill.
